Oh My Gosh!

On this photo I used my cousin's photo.First I traced her eyes and her shirt and went on Hue and changed the color blue and I also added a little brightness.A Little contrast and add a text, which is her name.

Cindy Flips Out

My cousin was trying to do an head stand,and I took a photo of her trying to do it.So on gimp,I traced her body on two sperate photos and pasted them together in one photo at the park.Before I pasted the photo's I added grayscale and use contrast.

Reflection

On this creation I decided to do a lake reflection because I wanted to try something that someone hasn’t already done. This one was pretty easy, took a long time but it was cool.
The first thing I did was I typed in “Reflection”. I duplicated the text and placed it on the
Bottom of the upper text. I rotated it vertically and moved it a little bit.After, I used the small eraser tool and began deleting small parts of the bottom text. Lastly I used the gradient tool, and then I made the bottom text lighter

Glowing

The first thing I did was I opened the new page and set the size too “640”x “480”. Next I went clicked on the text tool, and typed in my text which is “glowing” And I used the text “28 days later” I used the color neon green. I choose that because it’s one of my favorites. After that I used the Gaussian blur tool to make it look like an actual blur glow. I also used the Opacity tool to make it more realistic.

Earthquake

On this one I used a photo of an earthquake for my text. I started off by opening a file On my picture documents of an earthquake with a building that has been ruined by the quake. The next thing I did was I clicked on “Hue” and changed the color of everything. I clicked on the Text tool and used my second favorite text, and use a different background for the text, (which was cracked walls).I used vertical motion to make it looks like the text was shaking. My mood expression was creative, I felt like a photo designer.

Ronald McDonald Ruins Wendy's

After all the years of trying to steal burger kings recipe, Ronald finally quit. He’s now after a new fast food business; which is Wendy’s. He feels that Wendy’s is an easier place to steal they’re recipe because they are old fashion and original. He came up with a scheme to steal they’re ingredients by climbing up the roof of
A nearby Wendy’s restaurant, and climb in through a small opening outside the building.
Ronald’s plan successes and ruined Wendy’s old fashioned hamburgers.

Compton Courthouse

This building is a building in Compton, Ca which is the courthouse. I decided to use this building because I always see it when my mom drives pass it. The first thing I did was rotate it, because the photo was upside down it wouldn’t look like I planned it to look. The second thing was I clicked the “Filters” and clicked on “Cartoon”. I made the cartoon look more sharpen and darker. After I felt it still didn’t look too good, so I click on Filters again and clicked on Artistic and went to soft glow, which made the black parts more thicker, Next I clicked on Hue, Green and Purple was a
Good color for me, so I kept it that way. My mood to this lesson was artistic.

Accident Destroys Sam's Famous Steak

This accident occurred in Paramount, Ca two weeks ago. Sam’s Famous Steak Sandwiches was burned down as a result. After the photo was cropped, the accident scene is more detailed. Now the Lakewood Blvd street can be seen. In the original photo, the U-Haul truck was blocking the other Sheriff’s car. Now both Sheriff’s car and the officers are shown. The Hollywood Sports Park Sign now visible in the background.

Abstract Art

This piece of art I’ve done is a mixture of thing I came up with.
When I was working on this abstract lesson, my mood was animated.
I was feeling animated because my artwork looks mixed with other random colors.
The first thing I did was, I change the background black so it would ok better.
After, I use the rectangular tool and made 3 in a half squares; blue, purple, and lime green
Next used the circular tool to make medium circles on the squares. After that I used the square tool again and made the smaller squares, and then I rotated the smaller squares.
Lastly I got creative and made a big flower in a circle with bumble bee lines on the
Top. I used the circle tool again, but this time I made it a bit larger for the flower to fit.
I change the circle pink; because I was once black and I wouldn’t be able too see it.
This is the part when I got all random; I used any color I thought of. With the circle tool
I made the flower petals; they seemed too fit more perfectly.
